Consider an accessibility project you would like to pursue at your institution. What staffing will you need to complete this project? Estimate the number of work hours you will need as well as any necessary tools and training.

If you need administration to allocate new staff for your project, consider how you will explain your request. How might you connect your project to your library/university’s mission? What resources might help you make your case?

What programs or units at your institution might be able to support your project with staffing, interns, resources, education, or guidance? What grant funding might be available to support your project?

How might you advocate for more inclusive and diverse staffing at your institution?
