Hastings Spencer wrote the Introduction and Sections I & V. They were an important collaborator in the work to build robust CEPs at WSU Vancouver during their time as a VISTA August 2019-2020.

CAS leadership including Drs. Amy Wharton, Pavithra Narayanan, and Jon Bishop for supporting the VISTA placement with the Technical and Professional Writing program in Spring/Summer 2019.
